A second man has been charged with the murder of a 16-year-old boy in south-east London, the Met Police has said.
Tafari Thompson-Mintah was riding his moped on Sevenoaks Way in St Paul's Cray, Orpington, when he was involved in a collision at about 15:30 BST on 9 October.Aaron Conway, 38, from Orpington, is due to appear at Bromley Magistrates' Court.
