The sculpture is dedicated to Freddie McDonald who has a multi-organ disease.
Freddie, along with mum Emma and brother Louie, have been regular visitors to his bear which formed part of an art trail in Leeds over the summerThe family of a boy born with liver and heart disease is fundraising to buy a giant bear sculpture dedicated to him.
The sculptures will be auctioned off on 28 September with money raised used to fund care for critically-ill babies and children at the trust. Mrs McDonald said: "I say it all the time but it's so true - the hospital saved Freddie's life numerous times but every time they saved his life they saved ours as well."
