Outrage as Tesco put security boxes on black skin products by richardsudan
Tesco later apologised for “a case of human error in the store”, adding “these products should not have been security tagged. It’s really important to us that Tesco is a place where everyone feels welcome, and the tags have now been removed.”
“This is clearly racist and Tesco cannot simply excuse it away. I don’t believe for one second that it was simply an error. They just said this because they were called out. If it was an error, the entire range would have been security tagged.
