Who can get a Covid-19 vaccine booster?, you can get a vaccine booster in England if you had a 2nd dose of the Covid-19 vaccine at least 3 months ago and:you are aged 16 or over with a health condition that puts you at high risk of getting seriously ill from COVID-19people aged 16 and over who are a main carer for someone at high risk from COVID-19People who are pregnant and in 1 of the above groups can also get a booster dose.

. Although 18-29-year-olds cannot currently book a vaccine booster, it's expected that this will change in the following days. Over-18s in Wales are eligible to book their booster vaccine, however the current advice is to wait until you're invited by your local health board, rather than phoning your GP.

In Northern Ireland, the booster programme has just been extended to over-30s who can book an appointment
