People around the country have rallied together to raise funds for Alejandro’s recovery, with over €26,000 raised in just 24 hours
€26,710 has been raised for a young boy who was viciously mauled by an unmuzzled pitbull earlier this week.
“With a long road ahead for this little boy and his family it's only right to help so I am making this go fund me to donate anything to get his beautiful smile back and get him back home.” He told the Irish Mirror : "We're devastated. We don't have words to describe the feeling we have now. My little brother is only nine years old, the pitbull nearly killed him.
"We don't know what to do or how to act, we're just in shock. We just thank god that he's still alive. My brother is a very strong boy and he survived."
