Certain allegations by the victim are “patently false,” the Williamsport Area School District says.
WILLIAMSPORT – The Williamsport Area School District denies as “patently false” certain allegations in the federal lawsuit brought by the victim of a sexual incident involving high school baseball players in in 2018.claims he was subjected to a hostile educational environment and sexual harassment.
The document also addresses allegations against high school principal Brandon Pardoe, athletic director Sean McCann and then head baseball Ryan Miller. The attorney general’s office at the request of District Attorney Ryan C. Gardner investigated the coverup allegation and reported there was insufficient evidence to justify further action.
