The deadline for this year’s payment is just months away, but parents can still apply before the end of September. The payment was introduced in a bid to help parents with the cost of school uniforms, as well as shoes. A €100 bonus will be given this year due to the ongoing cost of living crisis.You can apply for the Back to School Clothing and Footwear Allowance in June 2023.
