“If you’re getting less care, it’s a given that there is going to be less identification of risk factors,” Mr Dev said. “We’ve identified lots of patients with high blood pressure who as a result of us identifying them and liaising with their GPs, they’ve been started on blood pressure medication,” Mr Dev said.
