A man is in a serious condition in hospital following a hit-and-run incident in Kilkenny city on Saturday night.
In a statement, Garda headquarters said they were "investigating all the circumstances of a serious injury hit-and-run road traffic collision that occurred at approximately 10.30pm." The man was rushed to nearby St Luke’s General Hospital, where he "remains in a serious condition," gardaí confirmed.
