Penneys are unlikely to launch a "fire sale" when stores reopen, according to one of the company's top bosses.
But speaking about the possibility of a sale, finance chief John Bason told the Reuters: "What we will do, because we've got the financial wherewithal, we'll carry it through to next year." After already opening across Europe, Primark has tested most of the safety steps and are ready to trial them in Ireland.
