"It's a very hard thing to go through because you're living on your nerves, essentially, 24 hours a day. "You don't feel safe at home, you don't feel safe outside; even going from the front door to the car door."Once I went went public and I met Eve McDowell, the two of us decided that something needed to be done, and we set up Stalking Ireland"."I'm still on medication," she said."I'm still very anxious out and about, it really hasn't left me."It doesn't leave you, it really doesn't"."I can understand it," she said.
"The most important thing to do, if you're weary of somebody on a certain day, [is to] mark down that day and continue reporting."You can't just go in and say, 'I think someone's following me' - you really do need to give them something"."The onus is on the person who is being stalked; not to prove it, but to give the Guards something," she added.
