The court heard of an earlier incident that day in which Sullivan was clocked performing a sex act on himself while looking into a stranger's living room window. He did a similar act on Christmas Day 2021 while looking into an office window for a city centre homeless accommodation.room of the accommodation in January 2020 before stating:"I know you want this."The hearing further was told that Sullivan performed a sex act on himself at Kelvingrove Park in the presence of a 23 and 19-year-old women.Sullivan, who appeared from custody, had his remand continued and was put on the sex offenders register meantime.
