A former Lancashire Police special constable is back behind bars after breaching the terms of an order to protect people from his sexual offending.
after being caught in an undercover sting by his own police force. At the time, Lancashire Police said he ‘not only disgraced his own reputation but tarnished that of the vast majority of officers and staff’ when he pleaded guilty to two charges of attempting to cause a child to watch a sexual act online. He also admitted misconduct in a public office and was dismissed from the force.
