The PGA Tour are set to vote on handing Tiger Woods a lifetime exemption into the circuit's Signature Events, having announced himself as the Tour's joint-most successful player during his distinguished career.
Remarkably, Woods had lost his spot to compete at this year's U.S. Open, after his five-year exemption to compete on the major stage following his victory at the Masters back in 2019 ran out. Moving forward, however, the rest of Woods' playing days remain unclear, despite being the circuit's joint-most successful member. According to Golf.com, this issue is set to be ironed out next week, with the policy board voting on a lifetime spot in the Tour's Signature Events moving forward.
