Investigators with the Philadelphia Police Department are looking into several violent incidents from the weekend, including several shootings and a stabbing.
Officials say a 40-year-old man is in critical condition after being struck by a car on the 2300 block of North 22nd Street around 1:33 a.m.
At approximately 3:13 a.m., officers responded to the 9400 block of Lansford Street and found a 32-year-old man with a stab wound in the back, police say. Hours later at 1:56 p.m., a 33-year-old man with a gunshot wound to the back showed up at the emergency room at Temple University Hospital by private vehicle, police say. He is listed in stable condition, according to authorities. At 1:00 a.m.m a 40-year-old woman was shot in the leg on the 4700 block of Chester Avenue, according to authorities.
