Phillip Schofield is at his mother Pat’s bedside after she was taken to hospital following an illness.

Neither I nor anyone else, to my knowledge, has ever issued an injunction, super or otherwise, about my relationship with this colleague, he was never moved on or sacked by or because of me.The TV presenter says that while his recent departure from This Morning was “unrelated” he felt it was time to speak out and “be honest now”.
