Parts of the road are still closed
Pictures show the devastating damage caused to a shop in Mansifeld town centre which broke out in the early hours of Tuesday morning, June 6. The incident took place in a commercial building in Clumber Street, Mansfield, at 12.34am, where crews tackled the fire at the single storey building.
As of 4.25am, two fire engines are still in attendance at the scene of the incident damping down the fire and National Grid attended to isolate the power supply.Ashfield Fire Station shared pictures of the awful damage to the shop on Clumber Street after the fire. A spokesperson for the fire service wrote: "Firefighters from Ashfield Fire Station plus others from across Nottinghamshire are in attendance at a building fire on Clumber Street in Mansfield.
