One expert has revealed that if leggings are a travelling staple for you, you need to reconsider, as they argue that they're not actually appropriate for wearing on a plane, for safety reasons. Aviation expert Christine Negroni has said that wearing leggings could lead passengers to struggle if there is an emergency on board the flight.
"Everyone is wearing yoga pants on planes now, but I avoid all artificial fibres because they are more likely to burn and stick to you if there is a fire."
