Built in 1999, the almost 30-acre office property is on Headquarters Drive, east of the Dallas North Tollway in the Legacy business park.
The office campus just sold to Philadelphia-based real estate investment adviser Rubenstein Partners. The Pepsico campus is the latest office sale in West Plano, one of North Texas’ largest employment centers.
