Louth Town Councillor Malcolm Lamb was captured on a video doorbell not cleaning up the mess that had been left behind.Councillor Lamb admits that there is a problem with irresponsible dog owners in the area, and never thought he would be one himself.The dog pauses and leaves an unfortunate present under a family’s front window, which the councillor doesn’t clean up.
