West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue are still on scene at the Swinnow Lane industrial estate in Bramley, Leeds. The fire started at around midday at a plastics factory, causing a large amount of thick smoke and flames to rise above nearby homes and businesses. Residents also reported hearing a loud explosion but this has not been confirmed by the fire service.A spokesman for the fire service said: ‘Crews are in attendance from Stanningley, Leeds and Rawdon along with two engines from Bradford.
