PM Group, the Irish engineering consultancy business, has acquired Milestone Solutions, a Cork-based company that specialises in automation and digital systems, for an undisclosed sum.
Employing around 160 people, Milestone is a specialist company that provides digital technologies to manage complex manufacturing systems for operational efficiency and regulatory compliance in the pharma, life sciences and fast-moving consumer goods sectors.
