Members of the Police Service of Northern Ireland are investigating following a report that a number of railway workers were threatened by a man with a gun.

The incident took place on the railway line at Lake Street in Lurgan, County Armagh on Saturday morning, 2 March. The railway line in question had been closed to the public in order to facilitate a track replacement.“We understand that at around 11.10am this morning, a number of individuals carrying out work on the railway line at Lake Street were approached by a male who was allegedly armed with a firearm.
