Police have released CCTV footage of three people after a blaze at an underground car park in Glasgow .
The first man is described as being between 5ft 10in and 6ft in height, of average build and with brown hair. A the time of the blaze, he was wearing a black jacket with a grey upper half, a black tammy hat, black tracksuit trousers and black trainers.
