The incident happened in Fife just before midnight on Saturday, April 15.
Police have released CCTV images of a Scots man they want to speak to in connection with a serious assault.
Officers say the incident happened around 11.56pm on Saturday, April, 15 in North Street, Leven, in Fife.He is described as having a slim build and at the time of the incident was wearing a dark jacket, white t-shirt and dark bottoms. The CCTV images show the man walking with his hands in his pockets, and another has a close up view of his face.

“Anyone with any information should contact Police Scotland on 101 and quote incident number 1623 of 17 April, 2023. Alternatively, an anonymous report can be made to the charity Crimestoppers on 0800 111 555.”
