Police are asking for the public's help to trace him

Police have released an image of a man they want to trace after a bank card and mobile phone were stolen from a parent on the school run in Nottingham. The incident happened in Denman Street Central, Radford, at around 8.20am on Monday .

The 43-year-old victim had been on the school run when he accidentally dropped his mobile phone, which had his bank cards inside the case. Police have viewed CCTV footage which shows the victim dropped his phone close to his address before an unknown man picked it up. The cards were used afterwards four times at different shops, according to officers. Police have now released images of a man they believe could help them with their enquiries.PC Chris Cutts, who is investigating the incident, said: "Rather than doing the decent thing and handing the mobile phone and cards into the police and being a good Samaritan, the suspect decides he will use the cards for his own personal gain. We have now released an image of a man that could help with our enquiries.
