Police have released a picture of Nadia Zofia Kalinowska – on the day her mother and step-father went on trial for her murder
.
It emerged just hours after a jury heard evidence in the prosecution case against Nadia’s mother Aleksandra Wahab, 28, and her 34-year step-father Abdul Wahab who have both been charged with murdering her in the family home at Fernagh Drive in Newtownabbey. The couple are also suspected of carrying out a campaign of abuse against the schoolgirl in the months leading up to her death, and face multiple charges of child cruelty and causing Nadia grievous bodily with intent.
