Because the paper says that a jury there has ordered that LCSO Deputy James Dill did not have probably cause to restrain Evora back then, and that is actions caused the man damages.His attorneys, Ryan Molaghan and Paul Aloise, both said they “are extremely grateful,” of the jury for the decision.

“The verdict in this case is the culmination of Mr. Evora’s long journey for vindication and we’re happy he was able to get the justice he deserved,” the attorneys told the Democrat.
