Police seized booze from revellers as they clamped down on disorder on a Scottish beach last night.
Cops said today that groups from Glasgow and other areas had flocked to Irvine beach to enjoy the warm weather.
Police seized booze from sunseekers and an 18-year-old boy was arrested in connection with disorderly conduct. A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Last night North Ayrshire locality officers officer were patrolling coastal areas including Irvine beach park with groups from Glasgow and other areas in attendance enjoying the warm weather.
