Ponte Vedra-based National Auto Care acquired by APCO Holdings
Ponte Vedra Beach-based National Auto Care was recently acquired by APCO Holdings LLC, a provider and administrator of automotive finance and insurance products.

I am confident that our future is bright.”
While terms of the transaction will not be released, it was substantially financed by an equity injection by majority shareholder Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan Board, as well as third-party debt financing.
