The blood stains were seen outside a building after a man was brought to the Mater Hospital
A man has been hospitalised in an incident in north Dublin that left blood splattered over a busy road.
Gardai were made aware of the incident at around 10.20pm on Wednesday night, after large blood stains were seen outside a building on Ballymun Road. A male was taken to the Mater Hospital due to injuries he sustained in the incident, the details of which remain unknwon, Dublin Live reported.A picture from the scene shows large blood splatters at the entrance of a building. Witnesses spotted someone cleaning the blood this morning, as gardai were also seen making enquiries locally.
A spokesperson for the gardaí detailed that the incident took place on Wednesday and that investigations are currently in place. He said: "Gardaí attended an incident that occurred on Ballymun Road, Dublin 9 at approximately 10:20pm yesterday, February 15, 2023.READ NEXT:
