It was Beckham’s idea to reunite the Trotter brothers for the first time since 2003, said Jim Sullivan, the son of the late Only Fools’ creator John. He told the Radio Times "He got in touch through Sport Relief saying he is a big fan of Only Fools and Horses and that he was wondering if there was a possibility of doing something together for the campaign," said Sullivan. "We were a little hesitant to commit at first.
