The spots are open for breakfast and lunch already but could be opening for dinner soon.

Owners of a niche vegetarian cafe have been granted a provisional premises licence for both their North Ayrshire operations after confirming they will take on new staff.

“People in Ardrossan have asked us if we could open for dinner, and also introduce vegan wines and alcoholic drinks. There are not many places who do that and not a big market for it.Mr Panesar added: “Adding alcohol will allow us to take on more staff at both our venues and create employment opportunities locally.

“Both venues will have two personal licence holders and there will always be someone with the correct training.
