Heavier precipitation overnight has resulted in tree limbs coming down, and subsequently powerlines falling, across northern parts of San Antonio.. Those who live north of Loop 410 have seen ice accumulation overnight. Neighborhoods like Stone Oak, Helotes and Timberwood Park are reporting power outages. Flashes could be seen across the North Side earlier this morning. Some roadways are seeing ice, too. Loop 1604, along the city’s north side, has seen multiple crashes.
