Randox, the Antrim-headquartered diagnostics company, has reported pre-tax profits of £190 million for the 12 months ending June 2022, down from £275 million a year earlier.

The company, which recorded revenues of £626 million, up slightly from the £619 million reported in the prior year. Founded by Sir Peter Fitzgerald in 1982 in a converted henhouse at the back of his parents' home, Randox now employs over 2,200 staff. It manufactured ...
