The Premier League roars back into action this weekend after the second international break of the season and a number of clubs have been hit by a number of injury issues
Fixtures have been paused for the second international break of the campaign. And a number of stars have been struck down with injuries.
There is also concern over the fitness of star forwards Bukayo Saka and Gabriel Martinelli. The duo were both forced to pull out of international duty with England and Brazil respectively and will undergo further testing ahead of the weekend’s clash. Bournemouth The Cherries have a near clean bill of health for this weekend’s clash with Arsenal. Only American midfielder Tyler Adams is a doubt.
Everton Everton could be set to welcome a host of faces back into the fold. Defenders Seamus Coleman, Jarrad Branthwaite, Vitalqiy Mykolenko and Nathan Patterson could all be in the squad. Leicester The Foxes still have a few long-term issues to navigate. Polish goalkeeper Jakub Stolarczyk is back in training but is unlikely to play in 2024.
The only other absentee is youngster Oscar Bobb, who looks set to be ruled out for at least another couple of months.Manchester United The Red Devils have endured a rotten season when it comes to injuries and that has only gotten worse over the international break. Alejandro Garnacho, Noussair Mazraoui and Kobbie Mainoo all pulled out of international duty.
Nottingham Forest Forest have a few issues when it comes to the heart of their midfield. Danilo and Ibrahim Sangare are both out with ankle and thigh injuries, while Morgan Gibbs-White is also dealing with his own issue after pulling out of England duty.
