Leinster switched training on Friday to honour former S&C coach Dave Fagan who passed away earlier in the week following 27 years with the club

Leo Cullen 's Sam Prendergast to start at no10 against Bristol at Ashton Gate is a sign that, following three seasons without a trophy, there is a changing of the guard.

Jack Boyle is at loose-head with Jack Conan captaining the side as Andrew Porter and Caelan Doris, both of whom started all four recent tests, drop to the bench. "With all these things, you have to be open minded. When we finished the Lions game where Sam started, round six, you're going into November where we've a couple of A games and a game against Ulster, whereas there's four internationals.

Meanwhile Leinster switched training yesterday to honour former S&C coach Dave Fagan who passed away earlier in the week following 27 years with the club: "It gives me goosebumps just thinking about him and we just trained in Energia Park in Donnybrook in memory of Dave. Bristol Bears: 15. Rich Lane, 14. Jack Bates, 13. Benhard Janse van Rensburg, 12. Kalaveti Ravouvou, 11. Gabriel Ibitoye, 10. AJ MacGinty, 9. Harry Randall, 1. Ellis Genge, 2. Harry Thacker, 3.
