On Monday 19 September, Queen Elizabeth II will be laid to rest alongside her late husband Prince Phillip, Duke of Edinburgh.
King Charles III, Queen Consort Camilla and the rest of the Royal Family will be joined by many dignitaries including current Prime Minister Liz Truss and the leader of the opposition Sir Keir Starmer.As well as members of the Royal Family and politicians, almost 200 people who were recognised in The Queen’s Birthday Honours list earlier this year are expected to attend including those who have played a key role during the Covid-19 pandemic and have volunteered in their local communities.
