Prince Harry won't be attending the funeral of his uncle Lord Robert Fellowes, during what is a period of mourning for both the royals and his mother's Spencer side
Prince Harry won't be returning to the UK to attend the funeral of his uncle, Lord Robert Fellowes, who died on July 29 from undisclosed causes.
As per an obituary published in The Times, Queen Elizabeth once shared: "Robert is the only one of my private secretaries I have held in my arms." Despite this close familial connection on both sides, however, Prince Harry won't be in attendance at Lord Fellowes' private funeral which is expected to take place in Norfolk later this month.
As previously reported by the Daily Express, a source revealed that while Harry's UK pals are keen to spend more time with him, the prince's team have to give 28 days' notice before his arrival in the country, which keeps his flying visits restricted to special occasions or public events planned in plenty of time.
