kicked off the Summer Game Fest with a major surprise: a brand new Prince Of Persia by the makers of Rayman Legends.is still unclear but Ubisoft has announced a brand new game instead, although it’s not a 3D title and doesn’t have you playing as the Prince at all.and seems to be attempting to combine the 2D elements of the very earliest games with the aesthetic of The Sands Of Time.
Time powers will feature in the game, although it’s not yet been revealed how they work. However, puzzle solving, secrets, and ‘exciting side quests’ are also promised, as well as just combat. Ubisoft is obviously going for a degree of authenticity but as many have already pointed out, the trailer almost makes it seem as if Sargon has time travelled from the modern day, based on his attitude and dialogue.
