The collision took place near the Rarone Road junction on the stretch of the A5 between Ballygawley and Omagh at around 11.30am on July 21.
A spokesperson for the PSNI said: "The Police Service of Northern Ireland received a report of a single-vehicle road traffic collision, involving a white Mercedes GLA 200, on the Curr Road in Omagh, shortly before 11.30am on Friday, 21st July. On Friday afternoon, a spokesperson for the NI Ambulance Service said: "The Northern Ireland Ambulance Service received a 999 call at 11:29 on Friday 21 July following reports of an incident on Rarone Road Area, Omagh.
