Members of the public are leaving tributes for the Queen in Green Park, next to Buckingham Palace."We're just a few minutes away from the gates of Buckingham Palace and people are turning up there of course but are actually being redirected here in Green Park where a special memorial garden is being set up."So many people are coming here with flowers and there are so many lovely messages that people are leaving," she added.

The Queen Consort and the King's son William, now the Duke of Cornwall, are both members of the Privy Council and are expected to attend.
