The airport will halt all departures and arrivals for 15 minutes before and after the two-minute silence, which will start around 11:55 a.m., as well as during the arrival of the funeral cortege and procession at Windsor Castle.Airlines have agreed to have no aircraft movements from 11:40 a.m. to 12:10 p.m. local time to mark the two-minute silence; no arrivals from 1:45 p.m. to 2:20 p.m. due to the procession of the queen's hearse; and no departures from 3:05 p.m. to 4:45 p.m.
Passengers affected by any changes, including any cancellations, will be contacted directly by their airline about their travel plans and options.
