No.10 confirms Britain to have one-minute silence for the Queen
Britain is to hold a one-minute silence in honour of the late Queen Elizabeth II on Sunday night at 8pm.
“We encourage local community groups, clubs and other organisations to mark this moment of reflection. And if you are overseas, people are encouraged to mark the silence at their local time. The 60-second tribute to the Queen celebrating her 70-year reign will take place on the eve of the monarch’s State Funeral on Monday 19 September.
