Rail strikes: How trains in Watford area will be disrupted
Members of the Rail, Maritime and Transport union at Network Rail and rail operators across the country will strike on November 5, 7 and 9 in the long running disputes over pay, jobs and conditions.
Services by London Northwestern Railway, Avanti West Coast, Chiltern Railways, Thameslink, Southern, London Overground, and London Underground are among those that will be impacted.Below are details of how services that operate via Watford Junction and surrounding stations will be affected.A limited service will be in operation on the London Northwestern line on Friday November 4 with trains only running between the hours of 7.30am and 7.30pm.
The railway will operate limited opening hours with services starting later than normal and finishing in the late afternoon.
