BREAKING: Rida Kazem, who was involved in a fatal crash onto tube tracks, has pleaded guilty to causing the death of Yagmur Ozden by dangerous driving.

The mum-of-one was pronounced dead at the scene on the A40, in west London, after being ejected from the rear seat of her car. During a hearing at Isleworth Crown Court, Kazem also admitted a second offence of causing serious injury by dangerous driving related to Zamarod Arif, who was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
