But perhaps more concerning for new Rangers boss Philippe Clement will be the growing number of players on the treatment table, an issue his predecessor Michael Beale found himself inundated with, shown by the likes of Kemar Roofe and Tom Lawrence's long-term absences.
But now the 22-year-old could provide his fellow countryman Clement with a real dilemma heading in to next weekend's Viaplay Cup semi-final with Hearts.
