The woman - named Alba - who snapped the image said that she was strolling through BlueMall in Santo Domingo when she spotted the actor walking alongside handlers while heading into a pharmacy.
It is not yet clear what he died of or when but he has left behind his fiance Jacy Nittolo as well as his daughter. Liotta was spotted out and about in Los Angeles in March where witnesses said that he was 'noticeably pale'. A source added he was 'slow and steady on his feet' and Nittolo had to help him by carrying his bags to a hotel. Tributes flooded in for the beloved star, with fellow actors, celebrities and politicians all paying their respects.
