The Leicester forward's wife appeared to be revelling in a welcome reprieve from ongoing legal proceedings. Coleen Rooney meanwhile is said to be confident she will be victorious in the libel trial gripping the nation.

The High Court legal battle finished on Thursday, a written verdict from the judge is expected at a later date. Mrs Rooney is currently on holiday with her family, having jetted out on the last day of the acrimonious trial. It comes as Mrs Vardy's ex-husband challenged parts of her testimony in an interview with the Mail on Sunday.
