REMINDER | Sunday, July 31 is the last day to donate to the Kicks for the Kids shoe giveaway. There is still a high demand for donations and any help would still be appreciated. 👟

– Over 1,400 local children were registered to receive free shoes for the new school year in less than 24 hours, forcing the Kicks for the Kids organizers to close sign-ups. This was the largest response to the program since the group and News4JAX began partnering on the annual shoe drive in 2014.

There is still a high demand for donations and any help would still be appreciated. You can still donate a pair of new shoes for a child through Sunday, July 31. Our drop-off locations this year are WJXT Channel 4, Closets By Design, 121 Financial Branches, 1st Place Sports, Meow and Barks Boutique, Fragrant Body Oilz, 1 Foxy Lady Café, The Cake Bar and the second floor lobby at JTA headquarters.
